This notice explains what personal data Box Box Hotel & Sports Restaurant collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect
Only what you type. A room enquiry collects your name, contact details, dates and party size. An event enquiry collects the same, plus what you are planning. If you write to us on LINE or by phone, we keep what you tell us there.
What this site does not do
This build does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and sets no cookies for either purpose. If that changes, this notice changes first and a consent banner appears before any non-essential cookie is set — never a pre-ticked box.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to hold and service your booking, and to meet the record-keeping Thai hotels are legally required to perform for guests, including foreign-national reporting.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Ask by phone or LINE and we will act on it.
Photography at the venue
We photograph the venue for marketing. Where a guest is identifiable we ask permission before publishing, and we do not publish images of children.
